Orders placed on a business day before 11:45 p.m. will be shipped the same business day. Exceptions due to busy or unforeseen circumstances are reserved.

Was your lamp delivered but doesn’t work?
If the battery is completely drained and you’re using an adapter other than a 5V1A adapter, it may not provide enough power to charge the lamp from 0%. We recommend always using a 5V1A adapter. This ensures that the lamp is fully charged and that the indicator light turns green once charging is complete. Still having issues after trying this? Please contact our team at info@tavellio.com.

How long does the table lamp battery last after a full charge?
Our rechargeable table lamps provide long-lasting illumination after a full charge cycle. The usage time varies by model. Please refer to the product page for more information.
How do I charge the battery of my rechargeable table lamp?
Use the included USB-C charging cable and follow the guide for the optimal charging process.
Is the battery indicator light not turning green while charging the lamp?
The lamp must be charged with a 5V1A adapter. While some other adapters may work, they often do not provide enough power to fully charge the lamp to 100%. As a result, the battery may only charge up to 95-99%, and the indicator light will not turn green. We therefore recommend always using a 5V1A adapter. If you don’t have one at home, you can easily purchase one at stores like Action for just a few euros.
Can I replace the battery of my table lamp?

What should I do if the battery of my table lamp seems to run out quickly?
